Proyectos e Instalaciones Hoteleras, S.A. of C.V. Was founded in 2002 by Ing. Dositeo Escobar Valenzuela and his team of professionals with much experience in the branch. This union of experiences allowed PROINHSA, to enter the market of the Eléctricas and Plumbing Facilities in Rocky Point, Sonora; which needed companies technically knologable and with disposition to form a successful team with construction companies, to obtain a common goal, provide to private and public sector, an integral service of quality.
Proyectos e Instalaciones Hoteleras, was constitute according to the laws and effective legal orderings in Mexico, with a solid intention to offer inherent goods and services to the construction industry for: tourist condominiums, commercial centers, restaurants, hotels, among others, as well as the commercialization of materials and products with the following standards:

A sister company was instituted, Dositeo Instalaciones, S.A. of C.V. which along with Proyectos e Instalaciones Hoteleras, provide an integral service to the client. This process has projected us to be a solid company, whose results are reflected in our works.
The dimensions of the project stop being a priority, be it great or small, the value this in the importance that it has for the client, because for Proyectos e Instalaciones Hoteleras, "each job is a challenge ".
STRUCTURE:
The company counts on 6 years of expirience in the Area of Engineering, with a permanent dowry of Electrical Engineers, and Administrative personnel in the Field (Electrical Work Coordinators, Technicians and assistants as well as Technicians and assistants in Plumbing), in addition, we have the necessary structure to allows to take care of local and foreign markets.
We have our own warehouse for provision and sale of materials in where our administrative offices are also located, at the moment we counted on an inventory with a value of $5,000,000.00 MXP
We also have transportation equipment which we use exclusively for transfer of materials to the work areas. Our operational system thus makes possible for us to offer optimal and really competitive services with other companies.
Our infrastructure and qualified personnel are in disposition of the Industry, with the purpose of taking care, in the best form possible, any size job, present and future in the Electrical and Plumbing fiels.
